The Delivery Manager will lead and oversee the end-to-end delivery of projects ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards. They act as a bridge between teams, stakeholders, and clients, coordinating resources, managing risks, and facilitating communication.
Responsibilities
- Plan, execute, and deliver projects on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards
- Build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders to gather requirements, provide updates, and ensure alignment on project goals
- Lead and mentor teams, fostering a collaborative and high-performance environment, and ensuring effective resource allocation
- Facilitate clear communication and collaboration between various teams and stakeholders
Must Have
- Bachelor Degree in a related field
- Strong project management experience, with a proven track record of successfully delivering complex ERP projects
- Experience leading, motivating and guiding teams, fostering a collaborative and productive environment
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively engage with stakeholders at all levels
Nice to have
- Odoo ERP implementation experience
- Additional languages
- Google workspace experience
- Odoo certification
