QOC Innovations Acquires BizyLife to Expand Odoo Implementation Capabilities

Strategic acquisition strengthens QOC's manufacturing-focused Odoo offering, welcomes the BizyLife team and founder Jacob Neubaum, and integrates BizyLife's existing products into the QOC portfolio.

Columbus, WI (December 11, 2025) — QOC Innovations, a leading Odoo Gold Partner, has announced the acquisition of BizyLife, an Odoo implementation provider focused on serving manufacturers. This strategic move strengthens QOC's ability to meet the growing demand for Odoo solutions and expands its team with highly skilled ERP experts.


Founded in 2019, BizyLife has built a reputation for delivering exceptional Odoo implementations and developing innovative solutions for its clients. As part of the acquisition, QOC welcomes BizyLife team members, including Jacob Neubaum, founder of BizyLife. The team's expertise will enhance QOC's growing portfolio of services. Several products previously developed under the BizyLife brand will now become part of QOC's offerings, benefiting customers with expanded solutions and support.
