The Head of Business Development is responsible for driving company growth by identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, developing and executing growth strategies, and building long-lasting relationships with our customers. This strategic role focuses on expanding market presence, diversifying revenue streams, and increasing customer retention and satisfaction through close collaboration with the sales, marketing, customer success & delivery teams.
Responsibilities
- Proactively identify customer needs, address concerns, and ensure customers are effectively utilizing consulting services to achieve maximum outcomes
- Foster strong relationships with key customer decision-makers to understand their business priorities and advocate for their success.
- Build relationships with Odoo Partner Managers, account teams, and other ecosystem partners to drive visibility and lead-sharing opportunities
- Develop and implement a comprehensive business development strategy for new product offerings aligned with company goals, and measurable KPIs
Must Have
- Bachelor's degree is required, with an MBA or postgraduate degree preferred
- 10+ years of progressive responsibility in business development, sales or customer success
- Expert skills in building relationships with senior executives, stakeholders, and partners
- Ability to analyze market trends, identify new market opportunities, and develop long-term growth strategies
